You see a calmer, clearer version of what you mean. You pick the version to send, or keep your own words.
3. See the cost first
Before you press Send, you see what it costs in credits. No surprises.
4. Text from your phone, or privately
From my phone: your Messages app opens with the text ready, you press Send, and it comes from your own number. Privately: it goes from the MessageMediator number, so yours stays hidden, and their replies come back to you here.
5. Send with undo
Emails and private texts give you a few seconds to undo after you press Send, and you can cancel any time while they wait.
6. Make it right
After a hard moment, Make it right helps you write a sincere, honest repair message, and tells you when giving them space is the kinder step.
What it costs
- From my phone: no texting charge. It sends from your phone plan. Polishing your words in Simple Text is free.
- Send privately: 8 credits per text part to US numbers, 9 to Canada.
- Reviews: 2 credits (Clear) up to 111 (Strategist). You see the cost before you use it.

Your privacy
Messages are encrypted in transit and stored with encryption at rest by our hosting provider. An automatic safety check screens drafts for threats and abuse, and the writing help sees only your draft and the recent messages it is answering. You can download or delete your data in Settings. The Privacy policy says exactly what is kept and for how long.
