Write and send
Message Studio with AI review Available now
Write a message; the AI checks tone, threats, oversharing and clarity before it goes, offers a calmer rewrite and variants, and can add a cool-down.
- Open Write.
- Pick Email, Text message or WhatsApp and enter the person.
- Write it the way you feel it and press Review my message.
- Accept suggestions or the calmer version, then Send.
Limits: Free Clear reviews (Haiku 5.5) for a limited time with a daily cap; deeper reviews use credits (billing is not switched on yet).
OpenPolish: Concise, Warm, Professional, Firm-but-kind, Simplify, Fix grammar Available now
One tap turns a draft into a clear, polite message with a side-by-side diff. Numbers, dates, names and commitments are checked by code so nothing changes meaning; you keep the original or accept the edit. Optional auto-polish before every send.
- In Write, type your draft.
- Tap a Polish mode (and an optional length).
- Compare the two versions and press Use edit or Keep mine.
- Settings > Writing: turn on Auto-polish to preview a polished version every time.
Limits: 100 polishes a day.
OpenSendGuard: delay, cancel, schedule Available now
Every message waits 10 s to 1 h (your choice) before it leaves, so you can cancel; you can also pick a later send time.
- After review, choose a delay or a send time.
- Press Cancel while it waits to stop it completely.
Limits: Once delivered by email or text it cannot be pulled back from the other person's device.
OpenDiscreet and anonymous sending Available now Discreet
Private by design. Discreet sends a plain personal-looking message with no MessageMediator logo, header, buttons or banner, and the recipient never sees your phone number or email address. Anonymous also replaces your name with a neutral one you pick. Replies still come back to you. Details per channel: messagemediator.com/discreet.
- In Write, open Delivery.
- Tick Discreet, or Stay anonymous and choose the name they will see.
- The live preview shows exactly what they get on email, text or WhatsApp.
Limits: Email: the sending address, reply address and stop/block/report links still use the messagemediator.com domain until a neutral sending domain is set up. Texts must carry opt-out wording (US carrier rules) and WhatsApp shows our business account name. The first message has one line saying it came through a private message service. Anonymous: 10 a day, 3 new people a day, 3 unanswered per person; you are never anonymous to us, and threats are never anonymous.
OpenWrite it in another language Available now
Translate your draft before you send it; recipients can translate what they receive on their reply page.
- In Write, press Write it in another language and pick a language.
Limits: Machine translation can be imperfect; review it before sending.
OpenScheduler, recurring messages and reminders Next update
Send later at a date, time and time zone, repeat on a schedule, and get reminders. Messages are never back-dated.
Limits: Coming in the next update.
Understand and organize
Unified inbox and organizer Available now

OpenImport past texts Available now
Import WhatsApp "Export chat" (.txt or .zip), Android "SMS Backup & Restore" (.xml), iPhone exports from iMazing or 3uTools (.csv), Telegram Desktop result.json, and email (.eml/.mbox). Duplicates are skipped; everything is sorted by date.
- Open Inbox > Import.

- If asked, pick which name is you.
- Delete an import any time to remove everything it added.
Limits: 25 MB per file, 50 imports a day.
OpenScreenshot decipher Available now
Upload, paste (Ctrl+V) or share screenshots of any chat app. AI reads who said what (right side = you), stitches several screenshots and long scrolling captures in order, removes overlaps and turns it into a searchable conversation you can translate, summarize, untangle and get reply help on.
- Open Inbox > Import > Screenshots, or paste with Ctrl+V, or Share to MessageMediator from your phone.
- Check the result and fix any name.
Limits: 30 screenshots a day. Accuracy depends on how clear the screenshot is; always check the result.

- Tick off each question as you answer it.
Limits: 50 a day. The organized version is labelled AI-organized.

OpenImport contacts from any device Available now
Bring in some or all of your contacts: pick them on Android (Chrome), import a vCard from iPhone or iCloud, or a CSV from Google Contacts or Outlook. Contacts fill names in your inbox, Waiting on and blocking.
- Open Contacts.
- Pick from this phone, or Import a file (.vcf or .csv).
- Tick who to import and press Import selected.
Limits: Nothing is saved until you choose, nobody is messaged automatically, and Delete all imported removes them in one tap. Google sign-in import opens after setup; export a Google CSV meanwhile.

- Open Settings > Blocked, or Block from inside a conversation.
